Cardamom Rose Shortbread Cookies
INGREDIENTS
4 cups almond flour
8 tbsp coconut oil
7 tbsp maple or honey
1/2 tsp sea sat
1/2 tsp cardamom
1 tbsp crushed dried rose petals
METHOD
Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl until an even consistency is formed.
Roll into 48 1" balls and place on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8-12 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup cocoa butter
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cardamon
2 tbsp honey
METHOD
Double boil and whisk.
Remove from heat and add honey.
*Once the icing is cooled a bit and slightly tacky, dip the cookies into the icing and lay out to dry.
