Salted Citrus Cranberry Sauce

This super simple cranberry sauce is made with just four simple ingredients and will have you wondering why you ever thought of buying the canned kind in the first place!


CRANBERRIES contain Vitamin C, which has been shown to help maintain healthy skin and muscles.

HONEY contains antioxidants, which have been shown to help protect cells from damage caused by oxidative stress.


SEA SALT contains sodium chloride, which has been shown to help balance body fluids.




Salted Citrus Cranberry Sauce



INGREDIENTS


3 cups whole cranberries

3 cups water

1/4 tsp SalterieOne sea salt

6 drops orange essential oil (or 1 tbsp orange juice)



METHOD


Combine all ingredients in a sauce pot, bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat to medium.


simmer for approximately 20-30 minutes, or until berries are easily mashed with a whisk.
