AYURVEDIC STUFFED SQUASH BOWL RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
1 cup baby greens (we love arugula!)
to taste chopped walnuts
to taste yellow raisins
to taste salterieone sea salt
to taste cranberry pear white balsamic vinegar
METHOD
Add baby greens to the bowl.
Top with half a squash.
Fill squash with lentils.
Top with sauteed spiced apples.
Finish with chopped walnuts, yellow raisins, sea salt, cranberry pear white balsamic to taste.
